Aliens Don't Wear Braces

A strange, sparkling device is found in the school art room, leading the students of Bailey Elementary to suspect that Ms. Zuider, the new art teacher, is an alien. The art teacher disappears after a strange display of flashing lights, and a mysterious pale woman with silver-white hair takes her place. Objects in Bailey City start losing their color while the new teacher becomes more colorful. The Bailey School kids must figure out how to stop the city from being washed out before it's too late.
