Big Shot

In Big Shot, the 16th book of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney, Greg Heffley struggles with sports. After a failed field day at school, he decides to retire from athletics but is persuaded by his mom to try basketball. Despite a messy tryout, he unexpectedly makes it onto the worst team. As Greg and his teammates start the season, their prospects of winning seem bleak. However, with everything on the line and the ball in his hands, Greg faces the challenge to either rise to the occasion or blow his big shot.
