Get Well Soon Mallory!

The book tells the story of an eight-year-old girl named Mallory who discovers that she has mononucleosis and has to stay at home for a long time. As she adapts to her new life, she learns the value of patience and the importance of family and friends. Mallory comes down with mono and her parents make her quit the Baby-Sitters Club. Mallory hasn't been feeling well for a while now, and finally, she discovers why she's been so tired and run-down. Having mono means staying in bed and resting - for a long time, with no school, activities, baby-sitting, or Baby-Sitters Club. Mallory is crushed, as are the other Baby-Sitters, especially since Dawn is away in California. It looks like Mallory's out of the club too.
