Andy, a self-proclaimed dweeb, discovers a magical pencil at a toxic waste dump that allows him to redraw reality and bring his doodles to life. He uses his newfound powers to solve problems and impress his classmates, including the new girl, Mona. However, chaos ensues when his little brother, Oscar, gets hold of the pencil and unwittingly creates a scribble monster.
