Welcome to the Misfits Pet Shop! Meet Rufus, Slimer, Lolly and their friends, the charming misfit pets who prove looks aren't everything. When a new pet, Lady, a polished and beautiful pedigree cat, joins the crew, tension arises as she doesn't fit in with the scruffy residents. However, Lady surprises everyone when she heroically saves Edna the mouse, gaining the other pets' acceptance. But when a customer wants to adopt Lady, the misfit pets band together to make Lady less appealing to ensure she stays with them. It's time for a make-under!
