The Silent Spillbills

By turns dramatic and funny, The Silent Spillbills is the story of odd little birds and a girl who learns, in facing up to their enemies, to face up to her own fears. Stuttering and self-conscious, Katerina Farnsworth enjoys watching a species of bird that she names the 'silent spillbill,' but she must face her fears when these birds are implicated in the crash of a prototype jet from her grandfather's company.
